Mark Douthwaite, AI Engineer at Peak, shares his predictions on what enterprise-level artificial intelligence will look like in three years' time, explaining how businesses will be able to leverage it to full effect.

Mark believes we will see the infusion of all software with aspects of AI, meaning that most new software products launched will offer AI capability to some extent. At enterprise level, Mark predicts that we'll see more and more businesses centralise AI in their services, which will make the technology more accessible for those smaller players in the market. The Peak AI Engineer also thinks that we'll see AI being used to solve more and more complex problems, enhancing software in all kinds of ways.
